Acupuncture

Each acupuncture session is as unique as you are that day and can include many other modalities of East Asian Medicine, e. g. cupping or gua sha, herbs, moxa, tui na, etc.

Massage

Massage and Craniosacral Therapy are hands-on modalities to restore wellbeing, balance and relieve you from tension and pain.

Halotherapy/Salt Room

Dry salt therapy, or halotherapy, is a holistic, drug free, natural therapy using micro particles of salt to promote better breathing, healthier skin, sounder sleep, improved physical fitness and endurance and overall wellness. Dry salt therapy also helps to alleviate symptoms of many respiratory and skin conditions.

Infrared Sauna

Infrared saunas use advanced therapy to promote heat generation in the body with only a small percentage of the heat heating the air. This results in deeper sweat and a lower ambient air temperature. Scientists have established that infrared waves are beneficial to the human body as they increase the thermal energy in the body. Infrared does this without any of the harmful rays of sunlight.
